This week we have two important fashion month interviews. First, we chatted with José Criales-Unzueta and Laia Garcia-Furtado of Vogue Runway about New York Fashion Week. A few days after we spoke with Erdem, a magnitude 7.8 earthquake hit eastern Turkey and southern Syria. Almost as soon as news of the earthquake broke, Erdem began raising money and becoming aware of the needs of the hundreds of thousands of displaced Turks and Syrians. For a limited time, 100% of the revenue from his website went to the British Red Cross and Ahbao Dernegi, two charities of his choice. We spoke with Erdem again after the earthquake to hear more about his involvement in the fundraiser and his memories of his father’s hometown. Erdem and his sister, Sara Moralioglu, were in Antakya as children.
